Singer K. Michelle finally gives her fans music to listen to from her. With all the drama she's in on the reality show Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta, it may surprise people that K. Michelle actually has pipes. She releases the song "V.S.O.P" (Very Special Other Person). In my honest opinion, I think the song is good, but that's it. It's defiantly an R&B tone with K. Michelle
Joseph Gordon Levitt has been killing my newsfeed on Facebook constantly talking about his latest movie Don Jon. After watching the trailer, it looks like a pretty good movie. I think guys will like the movie the most. Levitt wrote and directed the movie. Scarlett Johansson co-stars in the movie, another reason why the movie will please the guys. We know we're late with this music review of Selena Gomez's song "Come and Get", but it's better late than never. After seeing Selena's performances at this year's Billboard Music Awards, we can not help but like the song. Many people are bashing Selena's performances on Twitter, saying it looks similar to a high school production and she can't sing live. We felt bad for her.
I know I'm late with this book review. I remember telling you all about Sara Shepard releasing a new book call Twisted, but I never got a chance to read it until now. First, many fans are disappointed with the book release of Twisted because many thought that the eighth book, Wanted, is a great way to end the Pretty Little Liars series. I cannot agree with them anymore. I've read books 1-8 and thought the series ended good, but part of me wants the story to continue.
I listen to the song "Latch" everyday. I really like the sound of the song because it reminds me of Prince mixed with Boy George. The original song is by the British group Disclosure while Sam Smith sings the vocals. Smith is amazing! I am so happy that he sings an acoustic version of the song. Lana Del Rey recently release the video to her song "Young & Beautiful." The song is off the soundtrack of the latest movie The Great Gatsby. I really like this song. I am listening to it all day. I love the movie, The Perks Of Being A Wallflower, so much that I've chosen to read the book. The book was written by Stephen Chbosky, who also wrote and directed the movie. The book was short, only 224 pages long, and it discusses the life of a 15-year-old boy named Charlie.
Finals are over, now it's time to recap some of the highlights of my second year in college. If I can describe my second year in one word, it will be effort. I must say that I have put an effort to try different tasks this year. Some of them did not go as plan, but it helps me to accept disappointment and face my fears. A while back I posted a few goals that I've hoped to accomplish this year, and some I did attempt to try while other are left behind.
