So what do you do when the love of your life leaves you for another guy? That's the situation that Spencer lands himself in when he learns his girlfriend leaves him in the new film Mantervention. We were contacted by Izea to watch and review the movie as well as host a giveaway. And who are we turn down a good film?

I was expecting this film to be aimed mainly towards men and have a lots of unnecessary nude scenes. But to be a film of this genre, it wasn't like I thought it would be. The story wasn't overshadowed at all by the brief nudity, which made it more appealing to me and really drew me in. My favorite character is Spencer, who really is a great guy -although a bit sensitive. Seeing his progress through the mantervention is funny. He has a constant pull and tug between being sexually reckless and wanting to have a real relationship with his hook ups.
Chloe Bridges's character,Katie, is also a favorite because of her funny and quirky personality. The one scene that really stands out to me (besides the opening where mom is picking up all of Spencer's used tissue) is the crazy cat woman scene. Spence's first hookup has a weird fetish of pretending to be a cat.

If you like American Pie or college comedies, then this film is for you. It's good pick for a funny movie night, and will give you and your friends some good laughs.
