Yesterday we reported that Sean Kingston was taken to a Miami hospital after a jet ski accident. Today we have learn Kingston is expecting a full recovery.
Sean Kingston was rushed to Jackson Memorial Hospital along side a female friend on Sunday May 29, after a jet ski accident. Kingston, who is 21, is now in stable condition after being moved from the trauma unit to the ICU. There are no other details about his injury being reported as of now. Our prayers go out to Sean Kingston and his family right now. Many of you know Kingston from his hit song "Beautiful Girl" which was number one for four weeks back in 2007 .
