. Kim will play the role of Ava, who is friends with the main character Judith (played by Jurnee Smollett). Judith is a marriage counselor, who is having troubles in her own marriage (sounds like every other Tyler Perry film). Kim's character Ava will help her gain confidence in a new city. Filming will begin next week in Atlanta.
